Supt. input meeting Friday, Jan.6, in W.S., plus special board meeting
Two meetings for public, W.S. staff to give their requests for qualities in a superintendent, board vote set
On Friday, Jan. 6, Warm Springs residents and school staff will have a chance to give their input on what qualities they would like to see in the new superintendent at two meetings.
The meetings will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Greeley Heights Community Room; and from 2 to 6:30 p.m., in the community room at Warm Springs K-8 Academy.
Previous meetings had been cancelled due to the snowstorm, but this is people's last chance to give input before the list of qualities and qualifications is finalized.
Following the Warm Springs community meetings, the School district 509-J Board of Directors will hold a special board meeting at 7:30 p.m., Jan. 6, at the Warm Springs K-8 Academy, to vote to adopt the desired qualities and qualifications for a new superintendent.
