For the third week in a row, Molallas girls cross country team took first. At the Northwest Classic, hosted by Lane Community College on Saturday, they once again lead their division. At the top was Emily Bever.
Bever ran the 5,000 meter race in 18:57. Following her, Amanda Clarizio took second, Hannah Clarizio third, Audrey Bever fourth, Brianna Loughridge sixth and Heather Loughridge seventh.
On the boys side, the top three runners were Cameron Fischer coming in second, Matthew Borowczack fourth and Austin Halbert fifth. Not far behind was Brendan Burke at ninth and Tristan Scott at 18th.
