It's All about That Bass — Experiment with musical instruments such as the electric bass, upright bass and other lower-pitched instruments. Learn how they are used in jazz and classical music and the history behind them. Child care is available from 7-9 a.m. for $25 per week. Glee Week — A fun week of singing with RMC Studios. Students will learn proper singing technique and posture, and will have the chance to sing their favorite songs solo and with a group. Camps for kids
Dragon Quest — Join our half-day kinder camp staffed by the professionals from Vermont Hills Family Life Center. Learn how to train your dragon. Create a world of imagination with kings, queens and castles as you ride pretend dragons on adventures. Jr. Science Explorers — Develop Earth awareness and explore this world as junior naturalist before heading to space as a junior astronaut. Explore your center of gravity as you investigate the science of sports. Before care available from 7-9 a.m. for $25 per week. Fun with Clay — Create dragons, animals or people out of clay from your favorite stories. Learn coil, slab and pinch methods of clay construction as well as sculptures with paper armatures. Yoga for Kids — Learn the fundamental of yoga. Children learn to calm their minds and strengthen their bodies by connecting the mind, body and breath. This camp promotes physical, emotional and social development and leaves children with a calm, focused and balanced body and mind. Fun at the Golf Course
Junior Golf Camp — Attend this three day camp covering set-up, swing, etiquette and your short game. Games, course play, range use, foot golf, snacks and T-shirt are all included in the camp fee. Birthday Parties at the Golf Course — We welcome groups to celebrate a birthday or another special day at the LO Public Golf Course. Contact the manager at 503-534-5689 to customize your party and discuss pricing. Catering, instruction, course play, putting contests and other games available. Family Golf Week — Join us for a week of family fun at the LO Public Golf Course. Children 13 and younger play free if playing with one or more paying adults, July 4-8, after 3 p.m. Volume purchase discounts on a variety of merchandise. The golf course is located at 17525 Stafford Road.
