The Lake Oswego Meals on Wheels Advisory Board recently introduced a new logo and community outreach message designed to encourage local residents, organizations and businesses to Support Your Hometown Meals on Wheels.
Because costs are increasing regularly, and no resident is denied service due to an inability to pay, Lake Oswego Meals on Wheels relies heavily on donations to keep the highly successful program thriving. This new community outreach message – Homemade … Home Delivered … Right in Your Home Town – helps draw attention to this thriving program.
The Lake Oswego Meals on Wheels all-volunteer advisory board wants the public to know that LO Meals on Wheels:

— Prepares fresh, hot meals made from scratch following strict nutritional standards;
— Uses local and farm-to-table ingredients when available;
— Includes freshly baked breads, rolls and desserts;
— Packages and delivers hot and cold portions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to participants' homes;
— Offers frozen meals upon request;
— Offers residents a sit-down lunch option with table service, tablecloth, fresh flowers and live piano music at the Lake Oswego Adult Community Center; and
