Introducing The Springs' Pool Pass program

SUBMITTED PHOTO - Become a Very Important Partner of the Lake Oswego Adult Community Center. A donation at the silver level or higher comes with a pool pass for The Springs at Carman Oaks.

Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation’s VIP Program, or Very Important Partners, is a new way to show your support for the important emotional, physical, creative services and facilities the Lake Oswego Adult Community Center provides to the Lake Oswego community.

As a VIP, you can enjoy new perks and fun swag. The program features various yearly donor levels ranging from $50-$500, with respective rewards and benefits. No matter which level, each donor helps to ensure that the LOACC can continue to provide Meals on Wheels, their community-building classes and support groups, award-winning programs and activities, evidence based caregiver series, day respite for persons with Alzheimer’s disease and other human services to the aging community of Lake Oswego.

VIP stands for Very Important Partners, as we see all donors as our equal partner in providing the six areas of wellness (physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, emotional and environmental) to the Lake Oswego community. This ensures that we continue to provide the human services, programs and activities to our aging community members.

Our newest partner for our health and wellness initiative, Living Well in LO Powered by Parks & Recreation is The Springs at Carman Oaks. If you become a VIP at the silver level, you are entitled to a VIP Pool Pass and access to The Springs at Carman Oaks pool facility on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon until 5 p.m. Good for one year after purchase. The Springs at Carman Oaks is located at 3800 Carman Drive Lake Oswego, Or 97035. We are thrilled to be able to offer this option to ACC VIPs and grateful to our newest partner for their support.

Become a VIP bronze member for a $50 donation, a silver member for a $100 donation, a gold member for a $250 donation or platinum member for $500 or more.

All levels receive a pass for the LOACC fitness room and reservations to a Lakewood Theatre Company rehearsal. Pool passes are available for donations at the silver level and above.

To become a VIP call the LOACC at 503-635-3758 or register online at loacc.info or walk into the center, located at 505 G Ave. in Lake Oswego.

Don’t forgot to attend the Fit Spot grand opening event Saturday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at West Waluga Park, 15775 Waluga Drive. The event features free healthy hot dogs, fitness equipment demonstrations, prizes and more.
