2/21/17 9:40 a.m. A delivery driver crashed into a garage on Upper Devon Lane. The homeowner was away at the time of the accident; no injuries were reported.

2/21/17 10:32 a.m. A 24-year-old female driver was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk after the Mazda CX-7 she was driving hit a woman who was attempting to cross State Street at A Avenue.

THEFTS

2/21/17 9:43 a.m. Thieves broke the steering column of one unlocked vehicle and took work tools from another on Foothills Drive.

2/21/17 12:03 p.m. A camera was taken from an unlocked Honda CRV on Rainbow Drive.

2/22/17 11:34 a.m. A diaper bag was taken after thieves smashed a window on a Scion XB outside an apartment on Jefferson Parkway.

2/22/17 11:58 a.m. A car starter and chains were taken from a Subaru Impreza on Kerr Parkway after thieves reportedly used a T-shirt to cover a nearby light while they rummaged through the vehicle.

2/23/17 9:27 a.m. Miscellaneous items were taken from a vehicle overnight on Cardinal Drive.

2/23/17 10:09 a.m. Items were taken overnight from an unlocked vehicle on Jefferson Parkway.

2/23/17 10:21 a.m. A red Toro Dingo loader with a bucket and two forks was stolen overnight from a home on Middlecrest Road.

2/23/17 3:39 p.m. Loose change and a Starbucks gift card were taken from an unlocked Ford Expedition on Kelok Road. Other vehicles on Kelok Road also were targeted by theives, who walked away with a manilla envelope

filled with gift cards, prescription sunglasses and kids' DVDs.

2/24/17 8:32 a.m. A wallet was taken by thieves on Kelok Road who entered a Ford F150 through a previously broken window.

2/25/17 9:39 a.m. A flashlight, utility tool and bag of Starbucks coffee was taken from an unlocked Honda Civic on Eighth Street.

2/25/17 1:51 p.m. A package containg a MegaBoom speaker and baby formula was taken from a porch on Alber Spring Court.

STOLEN VEHICLES

2/21/17 7:01 a.m. A forest green 1995 Ford Ranger was taken overnight from a residential parking lot on Foothills Drive. The vehicle was found later in the day near Southeast 82nd Avenue and Foster Road and a suspect, 30-year-old Zachary James Stellatino, was taken into custody by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.

FRAUD

2/21/17 4:32 p.m. A woman deposited a $2,000 check from a friend, only to discover that it was fraudulent.

2/22/17 9:50 a.m. Fraudulent accounts were created and an address change was requested using a man's personal information.

2/27/17 4:49 p.m. Someone tried to cash a fraudulent check at a Bank of America branch but left before police arrived.

MISC.

2/16/17 3:19 p.m. Aggressive solicitors prompted several complaints from residents throughout the city, who said they felt they were being harassed.

2/16/17 7:50 p.m. An employee sent his manager a message that said he was "in a dark place." When the man failed to report for work, his concerned manager asked police to investigate; they couldn't find the man at his home, but he later made contact to say that all was OK.

2/17/17 12:45 p.m. A caller asked to speak with an officer about children who were sharing inapproriate videos on a school bus. The matter was turned over to school officials, who said they would contact parents.

2/17/17 2:30 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was told to stop skateboarding on the tennis courts at Lakeridge High School.

2/17/17 5:17 p.m. A woman who told her former roommate that she would buy her car is now saying that she won't pay for the vehicle and won't return it, and that the car's owner will never find it.

2/17/17 6:57 p.m. A clipboard-carrying man in a green jacket kept ringing the doorbell of a house on Maple Circle, leaving and then coming back over and over and over again.

2/18/17 1:56 p.m. Police disposed of a cooler they found on Waluga Drive after discovering that it contained a dead animal.

2/19/17 2:04 a.m. Occupants of two vehicles in the Lake Oswego United Church of Christ parking lot were given other options after they told police they were just looking for a place to sleep.

2/20/17 2:38 p.m. A man in a black muscle car was reportedly smoking marijuana for more than an hour.

2/20/17 3:01 p.m. Wary homeowners called police after solicitors claimed to be from CenturyLink but couldn't produce credentials. They also ignored a "No Soliciting" sign.

2/20/17 9:29 p.m. Police were called to the Main Fire Station on B Avenue after a man came to the back door and claimed that "someone was after him." Once the man calmed down, he told officers he would be heading back to the transit center to catch a ride.

2/21/17 9:31 a.m. A caller asked for information about the process involved in evicting his son from a home in Lake Oswego.

2/21/17 11:30 a.m. A woman sought information about the rules surrounding the use of modified golf carts on Lake Oswego streets.

2/21/17 3:35 p.m. A man told police that his ex-girlfriend had taken his BMX X3 two weeks ago without his permission and has still not returned it.

2/22/17 7:54 a.m. A pipe-smoking bearded man in his 60s was reportedly muttering to himself as he rummaged through a teal sedan on Monroe Parkway.

2/22/17 10:28 a.m. A woman asked police for advice about how best to deal with her son, who she said has mental issues, has been in jail and is now homeless.

2/22/17 8:35 p.m. A concerned resident called police after seeing a woman sitting in a red van for 10 minutes on Sixth Street with her feet propped up on the steering wheel. Turns out she was just waiting for a friend.
