Tualatin woman arrested on drug charges


Evidence of identity theft found in Lake Oswego hotel room

Rhiannon A. Miller, 33, attracted suspicion when a Lake Oswego officer saw her driving repeatedly between hotels located on Bangy and Meadows roads. Miller was found to be staying at the Phoenix Inn, 14095 Bangy Road, and a police inquiry uncovered methamphetamine and evidence of identity fraud in her hotel room.

Miller was already on probation for unlawful possession of metamphetamine, and was arrested on a related detainer warrant. Charges are pending for identity theft and other fraud. She is currently housed in Clackamas County Jail, with bail set at $40,000.
