4/16/13 11:17 a.m. A room renter at Hilton Garden Inn was disconcerted to find that both license plates of his rental car had been stolen.

4/17/13 2:53 p.m. A 32-year-old woman was cited and released on a theft charge after being caught shoplifting at Safeway on A Avenue.

4/17/13 10:28 p.m. A thief smashed in a car window and stole a gym bag, iPod and miscellaneous items.

4/18/13 11:37 a.m. The phone was taken from the Arby’s restaurant on Boones Ferry Road.

4/18/13 7:33 p.m. A car parked at Stanford’s was entered by someone who smashed in a window. Unlisted items were taken.

4/20/13 5:02 p.m. A backpack leaf blower and two gas cans were stolen from a shed on Maple Street.

4/21/13 7:50 a.m. A thief got into a Honda Accord and took a purse and backpack, including an Oregon driver’s license and Social Security number. The theft took place on Twin Creek Lane.
