Portland artist Joanne Radmilovich Kollman is exhibiting her art at the West Linn Public Library during the month of December.

Kollman is showing a portion of her series “Northwest Neighbors: Who Are We?” The exhibit at the library features portraits of men. She portrays her subjects in their “in-between moments in life, where individual personality is expressed through gesture, style and culture.”

The Regional Arts and Culture Council has awarded her a project grant, which allows her to focus on the series; she has also been awarded two professional development grants from RACC.

The West Linn Public Library is located at 1595 Burns St.
