Molinari took a 4-0 lead into the third period and survived a throw to his back with 1:08 remaining to earn the title.

Osawaru Odighizuwa scored David Douglas’ other championship with a 7-2 decision over Kyle Anderegg of Clackamas at 220 pounds.

Teammates Thomas Ayala (182), Andrew Curry (106) and Quentin Jamieson (113) had runner-up finishes in their brackets.

Centennial led East County with three champions, highlighted by Michael McGuire with a 7-4 decision in the 285-pound bout. He shifted his weight and crashed down on top of Canby’s Alejandro Sandoval for the clinching takedown and near fall at the end of the second period.

The Eagles also got titles from Artur Simpson (195) and Justin Lee (138).
