Around 5:38 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1, police arrested Devin Stockner, 23, of Estacada, for possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Officers saw Stockner attempting to manipulate the ignition switch of a stolen pickup near the intersection of North Broadway Street and Northwest 10th Street. He was booked into the Clackamas County Jail on $10,000 bail.
Around 7:33 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, police arrested Timothy D. Peden, 52, near Northwest Wade Street and Northwest fifth Avenue, for failure to appear on a trespass charge. He was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on $2500 bail.
Around 1:33 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, police received a report of a stolen wallet in the 200 block of Southwest Cedar Street.
Around 2:47 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, police gave a person in the 200 block of Southwest Broadway street a trespass notice after a complaint was received.
Around 10:50 a.m. Monday, Sept. 25, police received a report about an under construction house that caught on fire because of a generator that was chained to the side of the house and left running. The reporting party was able to extinguish the fire prior to the arrival of police.
