Around 12:47 a.m. Thursday, June 22, police responded to a call about criminal mischief in the area of Northeast Cascadia Ridge Drive and Northeast Currin Creek Drive. After investigation, Shawn A. Cornwell, 31, of Estacada, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was cited and released at the Clackamas County Jail.
Around 8:58 p.m. Monday, June 19, police arrested Sendy Rivera, 35, of Estacada, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief in the 300 block of South Broadway Street. She was transported to the Clackamas County Jail, where she was lodged on $50,000 bail.
Around 2:09 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, police received a report about theft from a vehicle that had occurred the previous night in the 700 block of North Broadway Street.
Around 5:22 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, police received a report about a residential burglary in the 500 block of Northeast Main Street.
Around 11:48 a.m. Monday, June 19, police received a report of a theft from a vehicle located in the 200 block of Northeast Ginseng Drive.
About 9:35 p.m. Sunday, June 25, officers responded to a call in the 700 block of North Broadway Street regarding a disturbance. Police determined no crimes had been committed and a report was taken.
About 4:20 p.m. Sunday, June 25, police responded to the 200 block of Pierce Street to take a courtesy report about an incident that occurred in another jurisdiction. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the correct agency.
About 8:23 p.m. Saturday, June 24, police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations in the 31000 block of Southeast Duss Road. Police gave the driver a ticket and the vehicle was impounded.
About 11:38 p.m. on Friday, June 23, police were dispatched to a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Northwest Wade Street. A report was taken.
About 2:17 p.m. Thursday, June 22, police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of North Broadway Street. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the district attorney.
About 2:34 p.m. Thursday, June 22, code enforcement officers ordered a tow for an abandoned vehicle in the 400 block of Southwest Ivy Street.
Around 8:31 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, police responded to a welfare check request in the 310 block of Broadway Street, where an individual was washing their personal dishes in the bathroom. The person was banned from the business.
Around 3:49 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, code enforcement arranged for an abandoned vehicle to be towed from the 100 block of Southeast Currin Street.
Around 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 20, police received a report about a person threatening someone else in the 300 block of Southwest Zobrist Street.
