Police Log

Information for this column comes from Sandy Police Department public records. The Sandy Police Department provides service in Estacada. Officers recently filed reports on the following incidents.

ARRESTS

Police received a report of a physical domestic disturbance involving a 1-year-old child in the 600 block of Beech Street around 1 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11. The responding officer saw three people arguing. One of the people involved was pushing another.

The officer separated the three and took statements. The officer was told that Corey R. Landsiedel, 29, of Estacada had pushed and shoved two people and had attempted to batter down their bedroom door and screamed that he would kill them once he was able to gain entry.

Landsiedel was arrested and charged with two counts of menacing and two counts of harassment. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $22,000 bail.

On Tuesday, Nov.12, an officer pulled over Billy L. Wells, 52, of Estacada at North Broadway and Northwest 10th streets.

Wells was cited for driving with a suspended license. His vehicle was towed.

Tina L. Horn, 45, of Estacada was arrested in the 350 block of Northeast Main Street on a West Linn Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of third-degree theft.

Horn was taken to the Clackamas County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

On Saturday, Nov. 16, an officer was dispatched to a business in the 200 block of South Broadway Street.

The suspected thief had been detained by the business’s loss prevention officer. Antonio R. Tolman-Duran, 23, of Portland allegedly had been caught stealing $29.98 worth of property from the store.

Tolman-Duran was arrested for third-degree theft. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail.

An officer responded to reports of a theft from a business in the 200 block of South Broadway Street on Monday, Nov. 18.

A store employee told the officer that Nicholas A. Hale, an 18-year-old transient, had left the store without paying for $47.73 worth of products.

Hale was arrested and lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $3,500 bail.

THEFT

On Saturday, Nov. 16, an officer responded to reports of a theft and disturbance at Harvest Market.

The officer was told that a woman had stolen cans from a back yard in the 1000 block of Northwest Cazadero Court and was returning them at the store. The officer took statements from the alleged victim and suspect.

At 3:34 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17, a resident of the 100 block of Wade Street told police his 1980 Ford Ranger had been stolen.

The car was entered into the Law Enforcement Data System and National Crime Information Center. There are no suspects at this time.

GRAFFITI

On Friday, Nov. 15, an Estacada School District bus driver reported graffiti on three seats of his bus.

The driver estimated it would cost $25 to remove the graffiti. Photos were taken, but there is no suspect information at this time.
