OCPD arrests man suspected of hitting, damaging video-lottery terminal at Abby's Legendary Pizza
Oregon City Captain Shaun Davis said that police appreciated the public's assistance in identifying a man who damaged an Oregon Lottery poker machine at Abby's Legendary Pizza.
Around 11:45 p.m. on March 13, a citizen recognized the unidentified male suspect from a picture police had distributed and called OCPD. The suspect, identified as Kenneth Owen Trow, was reported to be playing on a lottery machine inside Shari's, 19001 S. Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, which is within a block from the machine he allegedly damaged at Abby's. Trow was arrested without incident and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail with $6,250 bail on one count of second-degree criminal mischief.
Around 6 p.m. on March 12, police said that Trow was captured on surveillance cameras hitting and damaging the lottery machine screen located at Abby's, 19011 S. Beavercreek Road. The suspect was described as a white male adult, in his mid-60s, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, about 200 pounds, with gray hair.
