The next segment of the Pushing the Limits program is coming up in March.
The series explores ideas about nature, connection, survival and knowledge. Since the beginning of time, humans have imagined and achieved ways to push the boundaries of the physical world.
The discussions are led by Dr. Ernest Tory Blackwell, a biology instructor at Clackamas Community College.
The next discussion group will be March 4 at 4 p.m., discussing nature and the book When the Killings Done by T. C. Boyle; March 25 at 6 p.m. – Thunderstruck by Erik Larson.
The series concludes April 22 at 6 p.m. with a discussion of knowledge and part one of the book The Land of Painted Caves by Jean Auel.
